Thescoops.ie is an article based website aimed at delivering the latest local news to the Carlow area.

Consisting primarily of sports news, the site also allows users to listen to live commentary as well as playback commentary from a huge selection of sporting fixtures around Carlow. Commentary is provided by the sites administrators and is broadcasted using Mixlr.

The ‘Submit a story’ feature allows users to submit their own news for publication. By simply filling in an online form, the story is submitted directly to the site admins to review before publishing.

Thescoops.ie is a custom design, it’s built for use across all devices and is based on the content management system, WordPress.
